Reigns told him he agrees with Heyman that he doesn’t see him as Samoan, but just a Joe. That prompted Joe to strike down Reigns and attack him outside the ring, tossing him into the crowd barriers. Joe rolled out of the ring to escape with Reigns fired up, taunting him to come back in.

Finn Balor defeated Bo Dallas via pinfall. Finn eventually hit Coup De Grace for the win in a match that went over three minutes.
Seth Rollins came to the ring to talk about being on the cover of the upcoming WWE 2K18 video game. He talked about how it’s not just him on the cover but the fans with him calling it “our cover.” He continued to talk about how we all have made mistakes but that won’t define who we are today, tomorrow, or in the future. Bray Wyatt appeared on the screen to tell Rollins he contradicts himself and just conforms to being what the fans want him to be. Rollins called out Wyatt for being one of the most egotistical men he’s encountered. He spoke about facing an alleged god but said Gods only exist in our own minds. Wyatt told Rollins he was going to make a sacrifice. He said “I’m here” and blew out his lantern. Wyatt made his entrance and came to ringside. As he blew the lantern out, Rollins jumped off the top and took out Wyatt on the floor. Rollins headed up the ramp leaving Wyatt laid out at ringside.
Charly Caruso interviewed Finn Balor backstage about what’s next in his plans. He said he’s going after the Universal Championship and doing everything in his power to win it back. Elias Samson showed up to attack Balor from behind. He told him “Don’t ever upstage me again” before leaving the scene.
Akira Tozawa defeated TJP via pinfall. Before the match, Titus O’Neil came to the ring and handled the ring introductions. He made sure that Akira’s was much more exciting to build him up before the match. In the bout, Tozawa was able to hit a kick and suplex and then a senton bomb to get the win.
Post-match, Titus got in the ring with his prospective client. Titus talked on the mic about how he and Apollo are competing for the tag team titles later on tonight. He said Tozawa was close to signing with Titus brand and will win the cruiserweight title and then the money comes. He was interrupted by Neville who called him a peasant. Titus called Neville a “scared little boy” and said he would be annihilated by Tozawa.
Samoa Joe defeated Roman Reigns via submission. The match lasted just over 18 minutes. Towards the end Joe put a Coquina Clutch on. Reigns backed him against the corner to break it, then pushed him off the ropes and hit a spear. Reigns had a cover but Joe got a foot on the ropes to stop it. Reigns set up for another Spear but an ambulance sound came on. It was shown on the big screen backing into the arena. Braun Strowman came from out of the back of the ambulance and yelled out. The distraction allowed Joe to put a Coquina Clutch on Reigns for the win.
Post-match, Joe left Reigns on the mat. Strowman’s music hit and he came to the ring. He grabbed a mic and looked down at Reigns on the mat. “I’m not finished with you,” he said as he slammed Reigns face first into the mat. Strowman told Reigns he’ll see him at “Great Balls of Fire” PPV in an Ambulance Match.
They had a segment with The Miz doing a MizTV bit in the ring. He had two people dressed as big bears and a giant gift box. He called out Maryse to apologize and tell her he loved her. He admitted he was wrong and had ruined the grandfather clock. Miz opened a huge box to reveal a grandfather clock. He said he used glue, tape, polish and YouTube videos to fix it. He said it was perfect just like them together. She was about to accept the apology but Ambrose’s music hit and he came to the ring. Miz pulled Maryse in front of him to block from Ambrose and ended up spilling her champagne on her. Miz apologized but Maryze was irate. Miz charged towards Ambrose who moved away and Miz knocked the clock over. Maryse slapped Miz and left the ring. From there, Ambrose clotheslined Miz out of the ring. The two bears suddenly attacked Ambrose and kicked away on him. They took off their masks to show it was Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel. Miz came in and gave Ambrose a Skull Crushing Finale.
Sheamus & Cesaro defeated Titus O’Neil & Apollo Crews via pinfall in a non-title match. The Hardy Boyz were shown watching the match backstage on a monitor. In the late part of the contest, Cesaro hit Crews from the floor as the ref wasn’t looking. Moments later, he and Sheamus hit a double team move for the pinfall victory.
Corey Graves talked about how later on Kurt Angle has cracked the case of who attacked Enzo and Big Cass backstage. They had a promo video about the Samoa Joe vs. Brock Lesnar matchup for Great Balls of Fire PPV.
Nia Jax defeated Sasha Banks due to disqualification. Alexa Bliss came down for commentary. Emma came down during the match and started to go off on Alexa for walking out on her as her teammate last week. Bliss shoved Emma away and ran into the ring. Jax grabbed Bliss to hold her for Emma. As Emma tried to kick Bliss she moved away and Emma kicked Nia instead. Post-match saw Sasha Banks get double-teamed until Dana Brooke and Mickie James ran down fro a save. Jax took shots at both of them and then slammed down Sasha. Hayley’s music hit and she came rushing to the ring to fight the heels. Nia slammed her into the corner. Mickie and Dana went after Nia but she shoved them away. Bayley went after Jax. Mickie and Dana hit a double dropkick to knock Nia out of the ring.
Kurt Angle came to the ring and told the fans he was ready to get to business. He called out Enzo and Big Cass, who made their usual entrance to the ring with Enzo’s mic promo. Once in the ring, Kurt called out The Revival and The Big Show, all of whom were suspects in the “who attacked Enzo” mystery. He confronted Show about it and Show got upset saying he couldn’t believe after all this time Kurt would think he did this. He said if that’s how he feels then maybe he shouldn’t be part of Kurt’s show. Kurt said The Revival’s alibis also checked out. They left the ring.
Corey Graves spoke up and stood from the commentators’ area near the stage. He said he did some of his own investigating. He said after speaking with medical staff, they never treated Cass. He also said Cass was supposedly hurt last week but competed even though he didn’t have medical clearance.
Cass tried to argue with Graves, but Corey said he also had some backstage security camera footage. He had it shown, and Cass was seen pacing around as if looking out for anyone. After several moments, he began to move some of the backstage equipment onto the floor. Next, Cass was seen laying down on the floor as if he was laid out. Graves called out Cass for what he’d done.
Enzo looked at Cass to question him as if he couldn’t believe it. Cass finally blurted out “Yea it was me” and began to run down how annoying it’s been to have to partner with Enzo. He said he’s put up with his crap all this time because he felt sorry for him. Cass said finally he’d had enough and wanted to see Enzo suffer, hence the attacks. Cass eventually stopped the talking and delivered a big boot to drop Enzo in the ring in front of Angle. Cass knelt over Enzo and said some words. Kurt backed him off, so Cass left the ring, tore off his shirt and threw it down. He backed up the ramp as Angle checked on Enzo.
