Ambrose nearly threw Miz face-first into it but stopped himself. That allowed Miz to come back with a flying dropkick for a near fall. Later Maryse got on the ring apron and Miz told her to slap him. She eventually did and the referee saw it. Ambrose pleaded for him not to call for the DQ. Instead, the ref sent Maryse backstage. Moments later, as Maryse was arguing with the ref, Miz shoved Ambrose into the ref and the ref fell to the outside. He turned and saw Ambrose there. The ref started yelling at Ambrose and went over to call for the DQ. Ambrose pleaded with him as Miz snuck up from behind and hit Skullcrushing Finale for the pinfall win.

The challenger was unable to recover from the attack, and Bliss eventually got the quick pinfall win to retain her title.

Sheamus & Cesaro defeated the Hardy Boyz in a Steel Cage match for WWE tag team titles. Jeff Hardy managed to escape the cage first but Matt had to get out as well in order for them to win. He tried to cheer Matt on. Matt climbed the cage wall and got to the top but Cesaro and Sheamus climbed up after him. Jeff got on the other side to try to pull Matt over, but Cesaro punched Jeff off, causing him to hit the floor. From there, Sheamus and Cesaro hit a doubleteam Razor’s Edge on Matt in the ring. Later in the ring, Matt connected on Twist of Fate on Sheamus. Cesaro climbed up the side of the cage but Matt cut him off.

Jeff Hardy climbed back onto the top of the steel cage and hit a Whisper in the Wind from off the top to take down Sheamus and Cesaro. The finish came down to Matt opening the cage door and trying to drag a lifeless Jeff across the ring out of the cage. He got over there just as Sheamus and Cesaro were descending from the other side and hitting the floor to win the titles.

Neville defeated Austin Aries in the Submission match for Cruiserweight Championship. At one point, Aries got a huge move off the corner to put the Last Chancery on Neville. Fatal 5-Way for No. 1 contender for the Universal Title – At one point, Joe and Wyatt started to team up. They did a number on Reigns outside the ring, attacking him with the steel ring steps to knock him in the ribs and keep him out of the match. Next, they turned their attention to Finn Balor and ran a doubleteam on him inside the ring. The commentators talked about how Bray might be manipulating Joe. Rollins got involved at one point and seemed to be taking it to Joe and Wyatt. He went for a suicide dive on Wyatt who caught him with an uppercut and then DDTd him on the outside onto the steel steps. The close saw everyone getting involved. Finn Balor gained control after Reigns had cleared the ring. Balor hit the Sling Blade and then the Coup de Grace on Reigns. He went for the pinfall but Samoa Joe rushed into the ring and put the Coquina Clutch on Balor. Eventually, Balor faded out. The ref tried to hold his arm up but it fell to the mat, giving Joe the big win.
